Reading the Word & Growth

ARE YOU GROWING?

If you are not actively involved in reading the Word, we encourage you to do so.  The Bible is the Word of God meant for us to learn how to navigate life.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of Goda] may be complete, equipped for every good work.

Here at St. Paul Lutheran Church & School we have the following ways to help your spiritual growth.

Sunday School for All Ages

    Sunday School(Meets in Lower Level) – Pre-K to Grade 6 – Join us at Worship 10:00 a.m.
    Youth Group(Meets near Choir Loft) – Grades 7 to 12 – 11am every 2nd & 4th Sun of Month
Adult Bible Class – (Meets in Memorial Hall) – 8:30 a.m. each Sunday

Small Group Studies: are offered periodically throughout the year.  Watch the bulletin or newsletter for details.

Quilters: meet weekly in the lower level at 9:00 a.m. each Tuesday to make quilts for those in need.  They usually produce 200 or more quilts to be shipped in the Spring.   No experience is necessary.  If you can tie a knot, cut yarn, or pin, we need you.

Vacation Bible School: is offered in June/July of each year to any child in the community from Grades Kindergarten to Grade 6.  Older children are able to volunteer their time to assist the younger students with crafts and games. This is a wonderful place for children who have never heard of God to get to know him.  It runs for 5 mornings and the children have a finale on Sunday in which parents are invited to come and see what their child’s week was all about.

St. Paul Lutheran School: is an accredited elementary school in New York State that educates students from 3 years old preschool through grade six.

St. Paul offers children a caring environment in which to grow in character and knowledge.  Students are treated as individuals – their unique talents, skills, and learning needs are valued and considered and parents are encouraged to be involved in their children’s education.

If you are interested in any of the above to help you or your family grow with Jesus, we invite you to join us for any and all of the opportunities available.  If you have an interest in St. Paul School, please stop by the office for information or to make an appointment to meet with the Principal or Teacher for a tour.
